There are a growing number of publishers offering books ranging from academic and scholarly books to popular books on food policy, sustainable agriculture, food insecurity, healthy eating, etc. There are also scholarly journals and magazine that inform research, policy, and practice. Of course, getting published in any of these requires superlative writing skills and perhaps the support of a consulting editor. JAFSCD offer consulting editors for authors whose native language is not English. You can find some of consulting editors in the Sourcebook.
